Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant having an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Finance, Accounting and Banking solutions. He is also having rich experience of more than 10 years in Telecommunication sector.

Amit has been actively involved into the practice of Insolvency & Bankruptcy since 2018. As a Founder partner at MVK IPE LLP, e brings with him an excellent record of Mergers & Acquisition, Debt restructuring & NPA resolutions. His abilities and exposure cover both business development and resolution of stressed assets.

Amit is responsible for development of a team of domain experts on the panel of IPE to support the IPE & IPs for their assignments as and when needed.
