Ms. Ayushi Patidar is a Commerce graduate and an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a meritorious student throughout her education career. Before practicing chartered accountancy, she had a successful stint at Bajaj Finance Ltd Pune. She is one of the leading young practitioners in NCLT for IBC matters and has been appearing regularly in Indore & Ahmedabad benches.

As a Co-founder of MVK IPE LLP, she is the one responsible for management & coordination with all the participants in the process. She handles team, workflows, process, communications, legal and support services. She has been instrumental in developing a wonderful team with a unique mix of young and experienced resources to deliver their best.

She is a regular speaker on the professional forums / educational institutes on subjects of academic interest including inter-personal & communication skills. She takes keen interest in exploring into corporate and professional issues and is consulted on various contemporary matters of IBC.
